    Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ccontink.in, submitting an inquiry, booking a call, or engaging Ccontink ("Ccontink," "we," "us," or "our") for any service, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and active clients, and take effect from the date you first use the website or the date of signature on a service agreement, whichever is earlier.

    02

Who We Are & Our Services

Ccontink is a brand execution and growth implementation partner. Unlike a traditional agency that only advises, we work alongside founders and teams to build, install, and run the systems, strategy, and training required for measurable growth. Our services may include, without limitation:

    • Brand positioning and go-to-market strategy
    • CRM setup, refinement, and sales-system implementation
    • Sales training and team enablement
    • Growth marketing execution and campaign management

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined separately in a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement ("Agreement"). Where these Terms and an Agreement conflict on a specific point, the Agreement controls for that engagement.

    03

    Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to bind your business to use our website or engage our services. If you interact with us on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Any information you submit through our forms, booking tools, or email (including contact details, business information, or assets) must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials shared with you for shared tools, dashboards, or CRMs used during an engagement.

    04

    Engagement, Fees & Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing cadence are set out in your Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice from the date of issue.
    • Work may pause on active deliverables if payment is overdue, until the account is brought current.
    • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which are added where legally required.
    • Third-party costs (ad spend, software licences, contractors) approved by you are billed separately or passed through at cost, as agreed.
Refunds Because our work involves active implementation time, hours, and resources from the start of an engagement, fees already earned for work performed are non-refundable except where expressly stated in your Agreement.
    05

    Intellectual Property Rights

All website content — including text, design, graphics, the Ccontink name, logo, and underlying frameworks or playbooks we bring to an engagement — remains the property of Ccontink unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment for a specific deliverable, ownership of that final, client-specific deliverable (for example, finished brand assets or campaign creative built for you) transfers to you, as detailed in your Agreement. Our proprietary internal methods, templates, and training material used to produce that deliverable remain Ccontink's property and may be reused across other client engagements.

    06

    Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, technical, or strategic information shared during the engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services. This obligation survives the end of the engagement for a reasonable period, and does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

With your prior consent, Ccontink may reference your brand name, logo, and general nature of results achieved (e.g. "300+ founders transformed") for portfolio, marketing, or case-study purposes.

    07

    Client Obligations & Cooperation

Because we are an implementation partner and not a passive vendor, timely results depend on both sides. You agree to:

    • Provide timely access to relevant tools, data, brand assets, and team members
    • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
    • Ensure your own use of the strategies, systems, or campaigns we implement complies with applicable law

Delays caused by missing inputs, approvals, or access from your side may extend agreed timelines without breach on our part.

    08

    Limitation of Liability

We implement strategies, systems, and training designed to drive growth, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or conversion outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, your team's execution, product-market fit, and third-party platforms).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ccontink's total liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. Ccontink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

    09

    Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice period stated in the Agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed and costs already committed up to the termination date, and we will provide a handover of completed deliverables and relevant access credentials within a reasonable period.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services immediately if these Terms are materially breached, including non-payment or misuse of our systems.

    10

    Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or an Agreement will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

    11

    Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
